Wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows easy movement. Grip socks are recommended for better stability and hygiene during Reformer Pilates sessions. Grip socks can be bought in store and online shop

No, all necessary equipment is provided, including Reformers, mats, and props. Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and grip socks if required.

Yes! We offer specialised rehabilitation classes to support recovery. Please inform your instructor about any injuries for personalised modifications and safe movements.

 

For optimal results, we recommend practicing 2–4 times per week. Consistency helps improve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Reformer Pilates uses a machine with resistance springs for deeper engagement, while Mat Pilates relies on body weight and small props for core strengthening.

For Run Club

Not at all! Our Run Club welcomes all levels. Whether you're aiming to complete your first 5K or improve your pace, you're free to go as fast or as slow as you like.

 

Yes! We have free parking available onsite for your convenience.

 

Yes, gripped socks are required for all classes to ensure safety and stability. Don’t worry if you forget — we have them available for purchase in the studio.
